About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Asset Deployment Specialist to join our team As an Asset Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the verification and delivery of product eContent and assets across various eRetailers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Assets: Review format files, compile and gather information for each asset (usage rights, approvals, retouches, etc.), place on files the correct naming convention, fill a metadata tracker to send the assets on the DAM platform, close and/or report any delay with the project or any asset related.
  • Metadata Verification/Creation: Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent metadata for an asset by reviewing and inputting relevant information.
  • Asset Naming: Assign clear and consistent names to digital files for easy identification and organization.
  • Taxonomies: Organizing large volumes of information, improving search and retrieval, facilitating knowledge management, and promoting consistency in content organization and navigation.

Requirements


To be successful as an Asset Deployment Specialist, you will need:



  • 5+ years in a data administrative asset management role in a creative agency and/or production studio environment.
  • Experience with DAM systems, library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of web pages, media, or research.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinking: using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to opportunities.
  • Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks.
  • Proficiency in English.
