Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Visual Experience Designer to join our innovative automotive projects at Publicis Groupe.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, manipulating, editing, and retouching digital assets, collaborating with cross-channel teams to deliver compelling still and video assets that align with clients' brand identities and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong design chops, a powerful digital-focused portfolio, and the ability to generate visual concepts for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually captivating and immersive experiences through digital design, visual storytelling, print, and illustration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Website, and CRM, to ensure alignment with clients' brand identities and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Produce versions of assets for media placement across social media, websites, emails, and online banners.
Requirements:
  • Advanced English Level B2 or higher.
  • Primarily working on Key Visuals, Shopper elements, Infographics, Newsletters, Branding Concepts, Social concepting, and executing for Meta, TV titles/Super.
  • Some video/animation experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized in file management, work layers, and naming.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, visual storytelling, print, and illustration.
  • Proven working experience for at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, After Effects, and Office Suite.
