Job DescriptionThe Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in various facets of day-to-day business operations. Key responsibilities include creating reports, preparing offer letters, processing compensation requests, scheduling candidate interviews, running queries, compiling data, posting jobs on websites, completing general data entry, creating presentations, and processing information requests.
Responsibilities- Provide clerical and administrative support to the talent acquisition team to coordinate the recruitment process and hiring of new employees.
- Process applicants through the workflow, schedule candidate interviews, update job requisition files, set up job offers, and conduct reference checks and screenings.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports, prepare basic summary reports, and create presentations.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, pre-employment assessments, and job requisition management.
- Evaluate background screening results and alert Staffing Specialists of any issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed reports and spreadsheets, and provide support for various ad-hoc reports and HR initiatives as needed.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with ability to resolve routine and non-routine issues timely.
- Self-motivated with initiative and focus, exercising independent judgment, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management, working independently, but also acting as a team player in a team environment.
- Analytical skills to review data and generate reports in Excel.
- Ability to identify, adapt, and apply approaches in problem-solving.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role also includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
