**Job Description**

This role is pivotal in driving our HR function forward to support country growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and be able to deploy HR processes, enhance team performance, coach leaders, and address key recruitment and retention challenges.

**Main Responsibilities**
  • Talent Acquisition: Ensure proactive and timely execution of the country HC Plan with speed and quality.
  • HR Processes: Implement and standardize effective HR policies and processes that align with our growth strategy and global PX system.
  • Counseling: Coach and collaborate with Colombia leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide expert advice on people matters.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Develop and implement programs to improve employee lifecycle, impacting turnover.
  • Strategic Advisor: Provide strategic guidance on organizational development and employee engagement.
  • Labor Affairs: Manage labor affairs - all together with legal team and vendor.
  • Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing local PX team.
**Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven success in optimizing HR functions, addressing recruitment and retention challenges, and leading cultural transformation.
  • 6-8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role within a high-growth or scaling organization.
  • English advanced.
