We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Lead to join our team in Colombia. This role is pivotal in establishing and supporting our regional HR delivery team, ensuring the successful implementation of our HR shared service model in alignment with Wood's HR and business strategy.

  • This opportunity allows you to work with a global leader in consulting and engineering, collaborating in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • You will partner with managers and in-country subject matter experts to transition activities from local HR to the HR Delivery team, overseeing daily operations and managing workload effectively.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding team members to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and deliver high-quality outputs. You will ensure tasks are completed within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and engage with stakeholders to meet both immediate and long-term service delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and manage workload effectively.
  • Partner with managers and in-country subject matter experts to transition activities from local HR to the HR Delivery team.
  • Guide team members to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
