About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a strategic HR service model in a creative and cutting-edge environment. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with leadership to deliver HR solutions and strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and coach local leadership on people matters related to performance management and employee relations.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to ensure clear communication and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain HRIS data, perform audits, and create reports for leadership, showcasing key metrics like turnover, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being, aligning these programs with the company's cultural goals.
  • Facilitate regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and support employees through change, minimizing resistance and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related area required.
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Ability to work with various levels of employees, from staff to senior management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
