Job Overview:

This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. The incumbent will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager in our Corporate office in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives to drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.

Payroll and Benefits:

  • Handling payroll and statutory reports and payments.
  • Implement compensation process and procedures to ensure equity.

Talent Acquisition and Development:

  • Handle full cycle recruiting for the organization.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Change Management and Communication:

  • Lead change initiatives, including organizational restructures, role changes, and workforce transitions.
  • Provide guidance on communication strategies and change management practices to minimize disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Mexico.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
