About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Services Business Process Consultant to join our Premium Hub CoE team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing end-to-end processes of our global customers and presenting recommendations to IT managers and executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional design workshops to identify issues and provide recommendations for optimizing business processes, system automation, and system landscape.
  • Support critical customer escalations and drive issues to resolution, building trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Provide architectural inputs and best practices for business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, providing solutions and delivering services in complex environments.
  • Support development of support services for new products/components, such as Industry Cloud and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions.
  • Experience in green field implementation and brown field conversion of GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS Edition for HANA.
  • Expertise in SAP GTS sub-processes, such as compliance management, customs management, and preference processing.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of end-to-end SAP Logistics and supply chain processes and their integration to GTS.
