We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Business Process Consultant to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE), you will play a critical role in delivering high-end support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Conduct functional design workshops to identify issues and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, and system landscape.
- Critical Issue Resolution: Support critical customer escalation and drive critical issues to resolution, building a trusted advisor relationship with the customer.
- Implementation Support: Support customer implementations and provide architectural inputs and best practices for business processes.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, providing solutions in complex environments.
- De-escalation Architect: Provide support as De-escalation Architects to identify top issues and create action plans.
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry knowledge and support development of support services for new products/components.
- Education and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer science, or engineering.
- Functional Expertise: Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
- Travel Requirements: Willing to travel to SAP customers worldwide. Occasional weekend work may be required.
- SAP GTS Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions.
- Implementation Experience: Experience in green field implementation and brown field conversion of GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS Edition for HANA.
- Technical Expertise: Expertise and detailed understanding of SAP GTS sub processes.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge: Good understanding of end-to-end SAP Logistics and supply chain processes.
- Integration Architecture: Technical expertise in SAP systems and integration architecture.
