At SAP, we are seeking a highly skilled IBP Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE), you will play a critical role in delivering high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP IBP and experience in analyzing End-to-End Procurement Processes for global customers. You will be responsible for assessing business process maturity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting recommendations to IT managers and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess business process maturity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement with SAP IBP modules.
- Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs on SAP IBP modules.
- Remote/on-site support in critical customer situations, such as global escalations or war rooms.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP modules, such as Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, and IBP Optimizer.
- At least two End-to-End implementation experiences in deploying one or more of the IBP modules listed.
- Knowledge in the integration between SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real-Time Integration (RTI).
- Experience in business process analysis and reengineering.
Preferred/Good to Have:
- Experience in complex projects and international environments.
- Certification in SAP IBP modules.
- Additional knowledge/certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions.
Additional Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- Well-developed customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution-focused, willing to learn.
Language Skills:
- English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written, as we will be supporting customers in all Americas regions.
- Spanish - Native speaker.
