Position Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: LATAM

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with product leaders to identify and remove roadblocks to success.
  2. Gain deep insights into the company's consumers, merchants, internal teams, competitors, and market trends.
  3. Develop, articulate, and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
  4. Drive product growth and adoption through effective planning and execution.
  5. Partner closely with the CPO to establish and follow robust product development processes and best practices.
  6. Identify growth opportunities, evaluate new initiatives, and resolve bottlenecks by aligning cross-functional teams with strategic goals.
  7. Build and scale high-performing teams by hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and empowering team members to deliver impactful products.
  8. Collaborate with engineers to analyze data and inform product decisions.
  9. Engage with key clients to discuss the product roadmap and gather insights.
  10. Define and implement pricing strategies to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  11. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  12. Foster transparency and alignment across the organization.
  13. Ensure the team operates with a shared understanding of goals and priorities.
  14. Oversee the end-to-end product experience, including product management and design.
  15. Develop product strategies to achieve both short-term milestones and long-term goals.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development or product management roles.
  • Proven success in product development and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead through collaboration and perseverance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing product management teams.
  • MBA from a top-tier program (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
