Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at HEALTH PRIME INTL LLC. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our business, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HRIS data entry.
  • Provide expert HR advisory services to employees, covering absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and other employee-relations matters.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of employee handbooks, directories, and organizational charts, as well as contribute to policy development.
  • Support business leaders in interpreting, implementing, and applying core HR policies, programs, and best practices related to talent management, HR planning, culture/employee engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to conduct and lead employee relations investigations, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality.
  • Assist managers with performance management, including Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with employee communications and feedback.
  • Complete offboarding tasks, including Termination Checklists for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  • C1 Level English written and oral.
  • 3-5 years of general HR experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
