Safety Process Lead

Responsibilities
Liderar el sistema de gestión en seguridad de procesos, asegurando evitar liberación de materiales peligrosos que puedan generar pérdidas humanas, materiales, económicas y afectaciones al medio ambiente.
Liderar el desarrollo de la cultura en seguridad de procesos con la implementación de un programa local de acuerdo con el Estandar interno de la empresa.
Participar activamente en reuniones de la red global de seguridad de procesos (compartir lecciones aprendidas, entrenamientos, etc.)
Identificar partes interesadas, relevantes que puedan verse impactadas por los peligros de la planta y participar con estas en el desarrollo de planes para comunicación y soporte.
Desarrollar y liderar el programa local de análisis de riesgo de las plantas; incluyendo el monitoreo al cierre de las acciones resultantes de los análisis.
Identificar y entrenar líderes locales para análisis de riesgos.
Soportar a los dueños de los procedimientos operativos para asegurar que se integren los requerimientos relevantes a seguridad de procesos.
Soportar el sistema de permiso de trabajo asegurando una correcta implementación de buenas prácticas de consignación y disipación de energías peligrosas.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del estándar de invalidación temporal de barreras de seguridad de acuerdo con el HOPS 1-05.
Liderar que el sistema local de manejo del cambio cumpla con el estándar interno.
Establecer los criterios para realizar revisiones de seguridad previa al arranque de las plantas o sistemas incluyendo el cierre de las acciones resultantes de las mismas.
Soportar al equipo de respuestas a emergencia para asegurar cumplimiento con el estandar interno, entregando la información requerida para el desarrollo de los planes de emergencia.
Identificar eventos de seguridad de procesos y liderar activamente los procesos de investigación.
Asegurar el cierre de las acciones resultantes de las investigaciones de los eventos de seguridad de procesos.
Realizar seguimiento mensual a los indicadores de seguridad de procesos.
Gestionar el cierre de las acciones resultantes de auditorías tanto internas como externas en seguridad de procesos.
Liderar la revisión del sistema de gestión en conjunto con el equipo de gerencia en comités de seguridad.
Reportar las no conformidades que son una amenaza para la seguridad, el medio ambiente y la confiabilidad de la planta.
Profile
Educación:
Profesional bilingüe (inglés )en Ingeniería química, procesos o mecánica. Deseable estudios complementarios en gestión de riesgos de procesos industriales.
Experiencia:
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como ingeniero de procesos en la industria de fertilizantes o petroquimicos. Experiencia en seguridad de procesos.
Ser bilingüe es un requisito (c1)
