We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Communications Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support our transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support key change initiatives, policy changes, and other company information to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams, OU leadership teams, and commercial employees.
- Create and maintain change communication toolkits, training playbooks, templates, and processes that can be leveraged by multiple stakeholders.
- Work across multiple programs, with varying demand and objectives, as an integral member of the transformation initiative.
- Communicate upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Craft messaging to bring transformation to life, creatively leveraging different communication mediums to engage stakeholders.
- Maintain key internal relationships with SMEs, Product Owners/Project Managers, and Global P&C leadership to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
- Consult with SMEs, Product Owners, and leaders to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately represented in messaging and communication plans.
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant development.
- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas.
- 7 or more years of experience creating, supporting, and implementing communication plans for transformational initiatives and internal communications.
- Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms.
- Experience working with efficiency improvement processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of various communication channels and tools (i.e., Viva Engage, Microsoft programs and tools).
- Experience developing, executing, and measuring communications initiatives and campaigns.
- Data analysis and improvement of processes.
- MS Office knowledge.
