Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional technical assistance to users, utilizing remote support tools.
  • Detect and resolve issues related to application functionality, device compatibility, and basic networking concepts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and ensure timely resolution for technical problems.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of our products, including new features and updates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role, preferably in an education technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting, device configuration, and basic networking principles.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and remote support software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and web browsers.
  • Patience, empathy, and positive attitude when dealing with users of varying technical proficiency.
