We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team at CANPACK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions globally, ensuring the continuity of computer networks and VoIP telephony.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN infrastructure
  • Providing technical support as the 2nd Line of Support
  • Maintaining and updating network infrastructure
  • Recording and processing incidents in the Service Desk system
  • Evaluating and recommending repair, modernization, scrapping, and purchase of network devices
  • Developing and updating technical documentation
  • Participating in IT infrastructure development projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc degree in IT or related field
  • Experience in computer network administration
  • Familiarity with network management in AZURE and GCP cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in managing LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN infrastructure
  • Knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, SIP, HSRP, IPSEC, DHCP, DNS, NAC
  • Ability to administer Firewalls, L2/L3 switches, routers, wireless network controllers, particularly CISCO devices
  • CCNA certification level required
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team setting
  • Effective communication and organization skills
  • English language proficiency at B1 level
