At adidas, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Claims Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position within our global supply chain organization responsible for managing claims and invoice-related activities. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality services to our customers while ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims and billing issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage invoice-related activities such as billing transmission, error resolution, and monitoring due lists;
  • Handle claims management activities including logistics claims and defective/product issues;
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, tickets, and phone, addressing claims and billing inquiries;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving problems, and conducting root cause analysis;
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including sales, credit management, and market finance teams;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support their implementation;
  • Contribute to ongoing projects for technology solution implementation.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation and high emotional intelligence;
  • Experience with SAP and working in a Shared Service environment or similar;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Able to pay close attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivated and self-directed individual with flexibility to travel (up to 3-4 weeks).
Education and Experience
  • University degree required;
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or logistics;
  • High level of customer orientation and communication skills;
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently.
Estimated Salary

€45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
