They will also deliver and support program training and miscellaneous training as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver product training programs according to designated training materials and schedules.
  • Deliver and support program training and miscellaneous training as needed.
  • Act with a sense of urgency when modifications are needed with respect to training materials or programs, and provide necessary feedback to the Learning Manager.
  • Participate in the creation, design, and implementation of training materials, training agendas, etc.
  • Create a positive learning environment to promote high employee morale amongst trainees.
  • Assess the readiness of associates and staff in training to perform job functions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all company and account-specific policies, procedures, systems, and products.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement processes within the business and our Clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a salary range to reflect the varying costs of living in different locations. We believe that fair compensation is essential for attracting and retaining top talent.
