About The Role
WeWork seeks a highly skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting senior sellers with complex transactions and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Developing customized solutions for clients, including proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts, overseeing the onboarding process, and presenting pricing and discount structures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH ACCOUNT HEADS AND ESTABLISHING REGULAR CADENCE TO DISCUSS PORTFOLIO AND PIPELINE OPPORTUNITIES.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferably).
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- 3-4 years of sales or real estate experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and G-Suite.
- The ability to craft comprehensive business proposals and execute deals from start to finish.
- Real estate and business acumen, with knowledge of leasing and brokerage terms.
- A proven track record of meeting high quotas, supporting senior sellers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- English B2-C1 level (mandatory).
