**Responsibilities:**
We're seeking a skilled security professional to manage our property's Security and Health Safety Team, ensuring compliance with all relevant security policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed local security policies and procedures,
- Creating crisis/emergency plans that align with local laws and regulations,
- Conducting regular security risk assessments,
- Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency response teams,
- Overseeing security training programs for employees,
- Approving job descriptions for security team members.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
This role requires a strong background in security, preferably in a luxury environment. Essential skills include:
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities,
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English,
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team,
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
