We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Project Manager to join our team at Asset Protection and Security.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective security plans to ensure the safety and security of our clients and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a United States citizen (either by birth or naturalization).
- Possess a valid high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or equivalency.
- Pass a medical and physical standards examination.
- Be able to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyewear) state driver's license.
- Satisfy one of the following: 1) Two years of service in the United States Armed Services (including Reserve or National Guard); 2) Any combination of two years of experience in physical security (as a security officer—armed or unarmed) and service with the United States Armed Services (including Reserves or National Guard); 3) Associate's Degree in a security or law enforcement field; or 4) Successful completion of a police officer's basic training academy.
