Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Operations Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and implementing risk-based security measures to maintain a secure environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Security and Health Safety Team, ensuring compliance with all relevant security policies.
  • Develop and implement Local Security Policies and Procedures, Crisis/Emergency Plans, and ensure alignment with local law and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Form strategic relationships with local law enforcement, emergency response, and other security stakeholders.
  • Approve job descriptions for individual members of the Security Department and ensure delivery of appropriate security training.
  • Act as line manager for Security Officers and delegate tasks as necessary.

  • Previous security experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to change, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively in English.

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary based on individual circumstances.
