We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Visionary Lead Designer to join our team at MediaMonks.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer to take on a leadership role and shape the creative direction of our projects. As a Creative Visionary Lead Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client goals, target audiences, and industry trends to inform design decisions.
  • Create compelling visual concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, and developers, to bring designs to life.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven design solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that drive business results.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases expertise in visual design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch/Figma.
