  • Identify process improvements to streamline marketing operations, enhance collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently. \
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. \t
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing operations role. \t
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce. Ability to build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns within these platforms. \t
  • Strong data analysis abilities, with experience in Excel and other data management tools. \t
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex information to various stakeholders and produce well-structured documents. \t
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Adaptability to quickly changing priorities and requirements. \
