We're seeking an experienced Transformational Trainer and Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Align Technology, Inc.

About the Opportunity:

As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that drive business results. Your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation will help us develop and implement engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover a range of topics, including product knowledge, operational processes, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and assessments, that are aligned with our brand and style guidelines.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training and Development, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and evaluation.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs that achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and facilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
