As a key member of the Training Services area, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations associated with managing our eLearning platform. This involves ensuring the correct operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) in Moodle, resolving any issues detected, and developing high-quality standards for content development.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage the LMS in Moodle to ensure seamless functionality and troubleshoot potential problems.

2. Develop customized components in Moodle to enhance interactive use of the learning platform according to identified learning needs.

3. Design and build structures to publish and navigate content in the LMS platform, including resources like courses, internal pages, quizzes, etc.

4. Create and update various learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Animate, etc.

5. Collaborate on eLearning projects to create engaging learning experiences through web elements, multimedia components, online assessments, and other learning resources.

6. Work with technology teams to test new solutions and integrations with different eLearning technologies.

Requirements

Familiarity with programming languages and databases, including PHP, MySQL, and HTML 5.Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.Excellent communication and written skills.Experience in managing Learning Management Systems, preferably Moodle.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, multimedia engineering, or a related field.
