About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Solution Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear and ambitious product vision and strategy for our Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver value-driven features and solutions.
  • Drive towards a consistent CRM solution across regions, enabling a more effective and efficient solution.
  • Responsible for setting and maintaining a CRM roadmap that drives service business results and user adoption.
  • Ensure the platform can capture, understand, act, and learn from high-quality data to continuously improve product and business results.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years' experience as a Product Manager, product Owner, or related implementing CRM solutions.
  • 3+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem; experience implementing and enhancing SalesForce or related CRMs.
  • Significant agile product delivery experience required with strong history of driving execution and delivering on business results.
  • Experience with Business architecture, customer experience, and design thinking required.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and manage stakeholders cross-functionally.
  • A passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb customer experience.

Location

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in Colombia. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
