The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and possess a paralegal or law degree. Responsibilities
  • Business Finance: Send invoices, track payments, coordinate with accounting firms, and maintain organized financial and legal documents.
  • Sales Inbound & Legal: Respond to customer inquiries via email and social channels, coordinate legal contracts with lawyers as needed, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Operations & Support: Provide first-line support for course-related matters, assist the Biz Ops lead with course operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Community & Media: Manage Slack communities, keep Shreyas' website updated, manage social media accounts (stretch goal), and promote company events.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Paralegal or law degree preferred
  • Strong ownership mindset and internal drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Technical savvy and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Above-average people empathy and high integrity
