Expedise Warehouse Management Solution Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hr Associate to join our team. This is a fixed-term contract for 5 months with an 8-hour shift, requiring occasional travel around Manila during job fairs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for Job Postings, Job Fairs (LRA, SRA), Web Application Signups, Customer Status Tagging, Initial Screening, Confirmation of Full Name, Mobile Number, FB Account, Current Address, 5 Pre-Screening Questions, and Pre-Employment Requirements. Additionally, they will be involved in Recruitment Sourcing Strategies and Walk-in applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Job Postings and Job Fairs (LRA, SRA)
  • Handle Web Application Signups and Customer Status Tagging
  • Conduct Initial Screening and Confirmation processes
  • Participate in Recruitment Sourcing Strategies
  • Engage with Walk-in applicants

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using web applications and have strong organizational skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is PHP 25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
