Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in employee relations and disciplinary management. They will be responsible for ensuring all employees are following company policies and procedures, and will provide necessary assistance in all company-initiated activities. This includes coordinating with management for employee discipline, monitoring the issuance of memorandums, and ensuring all disciplinary actions are properly documented and filed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with management for employee discipline, including preparation and issuance of disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor the issuance of memorandums and ensure all disciplinary actions are properly documented and filed.
  • Provide necessary assistance in all company-initiated activities.
  • Ensure all employee relations and disciplinary management activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources, specializing in disciplinary management and employee relations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
