The Role of Senior Designer at Critical Mass

As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for designing a broad array of visual elements at a mastery level. You will contribute input at a conceptual, account, and/or brand level and be responsible for a project's whole visual component and end-to-end delivery on creative brief/project.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Designing visual elements at a mastery level.
  • Establishing the visual vision for the look and feel of a concept.
  • Determining visual outputs of a design system.
  • Assigning design elements within a project or design system to other designers.
  • Providing day-to-day feedback on design to other designers within their projects.
  • Talking to others about becoming proficient and well-rounded designers.

Your Requirements:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (C1).
  • 4+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
  • Proficiency with core tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Proficiency with secondary tools - Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, Celtra.
  • Ability to proof production design work for adherence to the brand, brief, and best practices.
  • Thoroughly understanding design principles to make informed decisions and lead the production process.
