Graphic Design Role at Somewhere

Somewhere is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful fundraising campaigns that resonate with donors and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to design visually compelling and effective campaigns that inspire engagement and giving.
  • Create a range of marketing materials, including direct mail appeals, print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, emails, and web elements.
  • Develop templates for internal and external use, including Google Docs and Google Slides.
  • Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
  • Work closely with senior designers and strategists to understand campaign goals and adapt designs based on feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design tools and techniques to ensure our campaigns remain fresh and compelling.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities to develop original design ideas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with others.
  • Genuine interest in fundraising, philanthropy, and contributing to meaningful causes.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and with a remote team in multiple time zones.
