Senior Operations Manager Job Description:

A Senior Operations Manager manages day-to-day business operations, including performance, billing, and PNL. They conduct weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, as well as one-on-one coaching and development with TMs as needed. This role involves meeting with Senior Management and clients to drive business growth and interviewing candidates for Operations Manager positions, promoting department culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including performance, billing, and PNL.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Operations Managers and Team Leads.
  • Meet with Senior Management and clients to drive business growth.
  • Interview candidates for Operations Manager positions.
  • Demonstrate ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.
  • Ensure KPIs are consistently met and solve business problems through innovation.

Requirements:

  • Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Experience managing supervisors, coaching, and developing teammates.
