Marketing Operations Specialist - On Site
Location: Medellín - On Site

Position Overview:
The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in optimizing marketing operations through technology, data-driven insights, and process improvements. This role is ideal for individuals experienced with HubSpot CRM and automation systems, with the ability to drive efficiency in marketing campaigns, lead management, and customer relationship management.

What You'll Do:

  • HubSpot & Tech Stack Management :

    • Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools.
    • Maintain system integrations, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
    • Troubleshoot issues and ensure high system efficiency and data integrity.
  • Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation :

    • Develop and manage automated workflows to improve lead generation and nurturing.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead scoring models and prioritize high-value prospects.
    • Continuously improve email campaigns, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment :

    • Facilitate collaboration between sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handoffs.
    • Train teams on best practices for marketing systems, workflows, and tools.
    • Maintain alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Campaign Reporting & Analytics :

    • Design and implement marketing performance dashboards and reporting structures.
    • Analyze campaign data to assess success, identify trends, and adjust strategies.
    • Use insights to refine marketing approaches and enhance conversion rates.
  • Website & Funnel Optimization :

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website user experience and lead capture processes.
    • Track user behavior and refine strategies to improve conversion rates across funnels.
  • Ad Management & Budgeting :

    • Manage paid ad campaigns and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure performance targets are met across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement :

    • Stay current with industry trends, proposing new marketing technologies and strategies.
    • Continuously improve processes for greater operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub administration.
  • Strong background in marketing automation, CRM management, and lead nurturing.
  • Proficient in tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in creating automated workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Analytical mindset, able to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
