As a Global Logistics Project Lead, you'll be responsible for leading new customer implementations for accounts owned in the region or area with a medium complexity level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the overall implementation project plan across all geographies and ensure delivery of all functions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish good relationship building with Customers, lead the Customer through our onboarding process to keep within the approved project scope.
  • Delivering on Customer Promises: Work with related functions to establish critical deliverables such as SOP/IOP compliance across all origin and destination offices, recruitment, training, and system readiness.
  • Commercial Engagement: Contribute to securing new business wins by actively engaging in the sales process and presenting the implementation methodology.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Logistics Project Lead who has:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Global logistics industry with proven experience in project implementations.
  • Good understanding of platforms and IT landscapes and various Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Customer Centricity Mindset and general knowledge on Commercial engagement.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with passion, and a strong drive to continuously develop with good problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, ACP-PMI or similar project management training or certification.
  • Proficiency in project management digital tools like Asana and MS Office applications.
