Bilingual Paralegal with Personal Injury Expertise

As a Bilingual Paralegal, you will be instrumental in assisting our attorneys with a variety of responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential as you engage with clients, analyze foreign-language documents, and aid in the preparation of legal materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage legal documents and case files efficiently.
- Collect and summarize pertinent information for attorneys.
- Draft legal documents and maintain communication with clients.
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure case files are up-to-date.
- File documents in a timely manner and provide administrative support to attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting necessary documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or current enrollment in Law School.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal; experience in personal injury law is advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant legal practice areas as required.
- Proficient in utilizing technology tools for communication and research purposes.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work in U.S. time zones.
- Access to a laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) with reliable internet connection (10 Mbps or more).
