Position:
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with UX Expertise to enhance our development team.

Compensation:
COP 4M - 6.5M/month

Location:
Remote (for Colombia residents)

Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, UI design, and UX/UI.
  • Proficient in CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and responsive design.
  • Skilled in Figma, testing frameworks, and digital product development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in systems engineering, graphic design, or related fields.
  • Expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with NEXT or Vite frameworks is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Conversational English C1.
  • Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern frameworks: React, Angular.
  • Advanced knowledge in responsive design.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to conduct usability testing and UX analysis.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Desirable:
  • Interest in generative AI topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of User Interfaces:
    Utilize HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript to create and maintain web application front ends. Ensure designs align with project specifications and current trends.
  • Collaboration in UX Design:
    Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate user requirements into intuitive interfaces. Participate in wireframe and prototype creation.
  • Usability Testing:
    Conduct tests to identify issues and gather feedback, using insights for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Enhance frontend application performance for better loading speed and responsiveness.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work with backend, DevOps, and IT Architecture teams for seamless integration of frontend interfaces.
  • Maintenance of Applications:
    Update existing applications to align with new technologies and standards.
  • Research New Technologies:
    Stay updated on frontend and UX trends to enhance development practices.
  • Documentation:
    Document code and functionalities for better maintenance and understanding.
