As a Bilingual Paralegal, you will be essential in assisting our attorneys by managing a variety of responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be crucial as you interact with clients, review documents in foreign languages, and help in the preparation of legal materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain legal documents and files efficiently.
- Collect and summarize pertinent information for attorneys.
- Draft legal documents and engage with clients.
- Coordinate scheduling and uphold case files.
- File documents in a timely manner and provide administrative support to attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting necessary documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or current enrollment in Law School.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal; experience in personal injury law is advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant legal practice areas as required.
- Proficient in technology tools for effective communication and research.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work within US time zones.
