Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing business plan that drives luxury leadership and growth for assigned products.
  • Lead a range of marketing activities, adapting global luxury growth drivers to local markets and developing new local luxury growth drivers.
  • Create culture-back brand plans that generate impact in key occasions and drive brand awareness.
  • Bring deep consumer understanding and cultural intelligence to the fore, building our brands in culture and making many consumers dream.
  • Drive comms strategy to build brand awareness, nurture talkability, and ensure brand recognition.
  • Develop and execute a captivating Brand World that's alluring to consumers, driving instant recognition of the brand and cues luxury.
  • Deliver coordinated activation and creation of content through cultural partnerships, amplified through agile media.
  • Respond quickly to opportunities and challenges across markets and functions, taking advantage of brand-building opportunities and resolving problems at pace.
  • Work closely with Culture, Consumer Planning, Advocacy, Customer Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop and evaluate business environment shifts and propose counter-action plans.
  • Responsible for budget control and business targets to deliver brand growth for short and long-term.

Functional Capabilities & Skills

  • Marketers with the ability to create Brands as beacons of desire.
  • Curious about trends and talkability, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Experienced partnering with agencies, culture, and PR counterparts to drive connected thinking across disciplines.
  • 6+ years of experience in brands, media, luxury experiences, and across a portfolio of luxury brands.
