Service Coordination Specialist at Superior Contracting & Maintenance

The Service Coordination Specialist position is vital in managing daily scheduling operations and overseeing service requests. This role necessitates direct collaboration with field technicians and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous management of administrative tasks, and outstanding customer service are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively schedule both urgent and routine work orders
  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians for maintenance and construction service requests, optimizing routes for enhanced productivity and client satisfaction
  • Oversee emergency work orders and adjust schedules and resources as necessary
  • Maintain precise records of all dispatch activities, including communication attempts and issues encountered with tenants or technicians
  • Provide timely updates to clients through email and service provider platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Gather feedback from field technicians to improve processes and service delivery
  • Participate in regular team and company meetings to stay updated on policies and operational changes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role with an emphasis on communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement solutions efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in fast typing and data entry
  • Experience in skilled trades and dispatching is a plus
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
