Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with client goals and budget allocations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign performance, including critical metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing of ad elements and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Utilize Facebook's targeting options and audience insights to identify and refine target audience segments.
- Proven experience managing Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Knowledgeable in the process of setting up conversions and API.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid media, performance tracking, and analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
