As a Client Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving NobelBiz's growth by overseeing client onboarding processes, ensuring both client satisfaction and strategic alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and actively oversee new client onboarding by fostering strong relationships with customers;
- Design and manage project timelines with a focus on deliverables, milestones, and client satisfaction;
- Create detailed project plans to be communicated with clients and team members;
- Conduct reporting, documentation, and project evaluations, including pipeline management, adherence to timelines, post-project reviews, and KPI assessments;
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects;
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant internal stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility;
- Manage adjustments to project scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate verification methods;
- Provide updates and escalate issues to management as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
- Familiarity with Gantt chart methodologies;
- Demonstrated integrity and customer-centric approach;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is advantageous;
- Experience in a contact center or software development setting.
