About the Role- We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in managing end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and have expertise in MS Office tools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, processing credit notes or debit notes related to sales orders, coordinating customer complaints, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain of business to business. Knowledge of domestic and international trade, as well as basic finance concepts, is essential.
Responsibilities- Manage customer orders including domestic, export and consignment orders based on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance policy: order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance and order follow-up till good delivery to customers inclusive documentation and problem solving if any.
- Process a credit note or a debit note related to a sales order or customer complaint.
- Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to a sales order.
- Respond to customer's inquiry in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvement and KPIs in Order to Cash process.
- Support internal/external audit as needed.
- Prepare or monitor Order fulfilment KPIs dashboard.
- Coach or train new hires and support on-going training for existing Customer Service Representatives.
