We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Platform Onboarding Advisor to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers get started with their SAP BTP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive customer-facing assets and best practices in alignment with other stakeholders inside and outside the direct team.
- Design and deliver 1:many customer engagements focused on successful onboarding and activation of targeted customer segments.
- Onboard and orient customers to SAP BTP, with a focus on how to get started with the Data and Analytics pillar of BTP.
- Build internal networks of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your BTP focus area.
- Measure success by overall customer reach, engagement in onboarding activities, and collaboration with other Customer Success groups for ongoing consumption planning and relationship management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with external clients and software implementations (account management, sales, or project experience) with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP Datasphere.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working directly with Data and Analytics customers in post-sales roles with ownership of customer accounts and ongoing management.
- Experience with SAP cloud solutions and ability to understand and explain cloud architectures.
- Ability to articulate the value and positioning of platform use cases and solutions to customers.
- Experience identifying common customer challenges and designing content to address these barriers in a 1:1 and 1:many fashion.
