## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Transformation Expert to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for analyzing SAP solutions for our international customers and presenting the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

## Job Description

As an SAP Finance Transformation Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases, including defining and assessing application architecture, identifying the best transition scenario to SAP S/4HANA, and conducting interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to adhere to SAP Best Practices
* Proposing recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase and supporting customers to address issues reported during the Run phase
* Supporting business processes continuous improvement once customers are operating SAP S/4HANA

## Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience, with a strong focus on S/4HANA implementation and finance architecture. You will also need to have proven experience as a Finance Architect, doing S/4HANA transition roadmap definitions and application architecture design. Additionally, desirable experience in system conversion projects (brownfield) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and ABAP optimization would be highly beneficial.

## Benefits

As an SAP Finance Transformation Expert, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. ## Location

This role is based in Bogota, Colombia, and you can expect to travel up to 10% of the time. We offer a flexible working model that allows you to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

## Language Skills

You will need to be fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written, and proficient in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external. Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory.
