Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Processes Principal Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining and assessing application architecture to identify the best transition scenario to SAP S/4HANA.
  2. Conducting interviews to understand business processes design and providing recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices in the Explore and Realize phases.
  3. Proposing recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase.
  4. Supporting customers to address issues reported during the Run phase.
  5. Supporting business processes continuous improvement once the customer is operating SAP S/4HANA.

To succeed in this role, you must be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded, and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

Requirements:

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory.
  • SAP Finance experience in the core finance and controlling modules and other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, BRIM, Consolidation, etc.
  • Mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Architect doing S/4HANA transition roadmap definitions and application architecture design.
  • Desirable experience in system conversion projects (brownfield) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  • ABAP optimization highly desirable.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
  • Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory
