  • Produce engaging text, imagery, and video content for social media channels.
  • Analyze reports and data to derive insights that inform compelling content creation.
  • Formulate content strategies, establish content pillars, and design social media playgrounds.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to brainstorm fresh and innovative ideas from a social media perspective.
  • Create comprehensive social media calendars for large-scale, multi-platform campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, arts, communication, or social communication.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Copywriter or Art Designer in social media-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with metrics, tools, and digital reporting.
  • Understanding of media plans and social platforms, including audience engagement and both organic and paid formats.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Awareness of pop culture, current series, films, and social media discussions.
  • Proficient in English communication (intermediate or advanced level).
  • Up-to-date with trends and innovative content formats.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including ECDs, HoCs, Planners, and Data Managers.
  • Exhibit qualities such as empathy, responsibility, ownership, time management, commitment, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Capability to develop creative presentations.
