Compensation and Benefits
You will design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while conducting salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness. Oversees recruitment processes, including talent acquisition strategies and onboarding programs, to attract and retain top talent.
HR Process Improvement
This role requires identifying opportunities for HR process efficiencies (including Onboarding and Off-boarding of Employees) and implementing approved innovations to enhance overall HR operations. Leads the HR function, developing strategic plans and objectives that align with the company's vision, mission, and overall business goals.
Reporting Line
You will report directly to the Global People and Culture Director at SuperStaff. Working hours are from Monday to Friday.
