Job Responsibilities

As Senior Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth, and increasing revenue.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, set goals, and monitor progress. Your responsibilities will include building cross-functional relationships, partnering with department heads, and maintaining an efficient team structure and performance.

Requirements

1. At least 7 years in a Senior Leadership role of a large business or enterprise.
2. Strong financial management and budgeting skills; ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics; capable of structuring effective training & development programs and measuring their success; leveraging the latest technology to enhance organizational growth.
3. Possess a 'people first' leadership style with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Thorough understanding of organizational behavior, workforce planning, metrics, and analytics.
