Anton Paar TriTec SA, a leading provider of laboratory instrumentation and services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting our customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Support Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize various sales techniques and tools to identify and qualify new leads, and develop a strong understanding of our customers' needs and pain points.
  4. Visit Customer Sites: Conduct regular site visits to meet with customers, demonstrate our products and services, and provide training and support as needed.
  5. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage sales data, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong practical skills in measurement equipment and a solid understanding of laboratory instrumentation.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and math skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  5. Travel and Availability: Willingness to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and American Visa (if applicable).
